Team Water Polo for grades 6th – 8th. 

Boys = 4402-U21A

Girls = 4402-U21B

Learn the sport of Water Polo, including techniques, passing, scoring, defense, and offense, through drills and conditioning. Practices will be at North Rockford Middle School and start the week of August 23. The boys will practice on Monday and Wednesday from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm and the girls will practice on Tuesday and Thursday, time 3:30-5:30pm. Games are scheduled at home and local area school pools on Saturdays in September and October.

 There is no practice on Thursday, Sept 2, and no practice on Monday, Sept 6(Labor Day).

Ages 5 – 13. Yoga is an excellent way to provide safe, physical movement for people of all ages. Yoga for kids incorporates both expressive and physical play. By using creative and fun techniques, children will explore and discover awareness of their physical bodies and emotions.

Yoga helps to improve coordination, posture, strength and flexibility. The class provides a friendly, non-competitive environment where children are encouraged to exhibit positive and respectful behavior in a group setting. Please bring a towel or mat and enjoy the fun!

Instructor:
Tamara Reaume, RYT 200. she has received over 200 hours of Therapeutic Yoga Teacher training from Grand Rapids Healing Yoga. She also has certifications from Yoga fit Kids and Mindful Schools. Tamara has been sharing her passion for yoga with Kent County since 2012.

Women's Over 30 Soccer

The Rockford Community Services Women's Soccer League is a recreational league with an emphasis on fun for all individuals involved. Each team must have a minimum of 15 players and a maximum of 22 players. The Advanced league will play games on Thursday evenings and the Rec league will play games on Wednesday evenings. Players are limited to playing on one team and advanced players cannot play on Recreational teams. One game per week. The team fee is $350.00 for Fall 21.

Our Community Education preschool has earned a 4-Star rating through Great Start to Quality, a governing organization that has established high program standards of quality for early childhood programs in Michigan. This program helps children develop the ability to work and play together in an enjoyable group setting that utilizes a developmentally appropriate kindergarten readiness curriculum. Students are exposed to and practice social and cognitive skills with a focus on environmental topics.

A non-refundable deposit is due at registration and is applied to the total cost of tuition.
