This class is designed for dogs 4 months and older that are fully immunized. We will cover basic commands of sit, stay, down, come, leave it, as well as walking on a loose leash and controlled greetings. The class will practice new exercises with increased levels of distraction each session.

There will be individual attention to each participant throughout the class. This class is for adults only to work with their dogs. Please include Dog's Name, Age, and Breed in the Notes/Comments Box. Please also bring a copy of current vaccine history to first class.

The history of Mantric Meditation dates back some 7,000 years to India and is currently used by millions of Americans to enable them to enhance upon the overall quality of their lives. This course will be held virtually Winter 2021.

Our instructor: Gary Paul, is a retired International Management Consultant. Art and science of Stress Management has been an interest of his since 1978. Mantric Meditation has been a part of his personal life since 1983.

Rockford High School volleyball coaches and athletes will be instructing in all fundamental skills: Passing, Setting, Serving, Attacking, and Defensive Movement. No experience is necessary, all skill levels are welcome. Students are to bring a labeled water bottle.

Grades 3rd - 6th (entering grade in Fall 2021). Knee pads are not required for grades 3rd - 6th.

Each day, campers will learn new skills and have opportunities for team and individual competitions. Learn our basic offensive and defensive principles. Coached by members of the Girls Varsity Basketball Team and the Girls Coaching Staff, each camper will receive enthusiastic and quality instruction. Join Grand Rapids portrait photographer, Josh from Weiland Studios, for a virtual photography course! If your photos are sometimes too light, too dark, or just plain blurry, this course can teach you how to easily fix those frustrating problems. This photography course is designed for anyone who wants to learn how to properly use their camera’s settings and modes to take better photos of family, friends, or nature. Owning a Digital Camera (DSLR) is recommended but not required.

Additional Material: Students should have a notebook and writing utensil, their camera with a fully-charged battery, a memory card with space on it, and any additional camera lenses they own. Classes will be held at virtually Winter 2021.

This course will offer general information to these questions, not medical advice. Our instructor is a local Board-certified Allergist and Clinical Assistant Professor who will review these and other important allergy topics and answer general questions. Informational handouts included.
